Verm-X for Raptors
Our Raptor formulation has been designed to act as much more than a intestinal hygiene product. By having a product that is of great benefit to the birds internal health ensures that the product is also able to help with the moult, improve their appetite and also improve their all-round general appearance.
Intestinal challenges can be picked up from various sources by Raptors. Fresh food can carry a presence as can wild animals and other birds which is why overcrowding can quickly make this pass amongst birds. Basic protocols to stop reinfestaion is key – clean floors, water and perches will help this from taking place. All animals will naturally be carrying a small presence but these can be increased by injury or stress when their bodies immune system is low. This is another reason the healthy gut that Verm-X provides is so important as 70% of the immune system is housed in the intestinal tract.
The majority of our customers use Verm-X solely and we are confident you can do this and get the results that you want. We do also have customers who use Verm-X and alternate it with a pharmaceutical. Carrying out a routine like this is completely safe as there are no ingredients in Verm-X that would stop the work of, or inhibit the work of any ingredients used in pharmaceutical products, or vise-versa.

Capsicum minimum (cayenne), thymus vulgaris (common thyme), cinnamomum zeylanicum (cinnamon), mentha piperita (peppermint), foeniculum vulgare (fennel), urtica dioica (nettle), allium sativum (garlic), galium aparine (cleavers), picrasma excelsa (quassia), ulmus fulva (slippery elm.)

I am hoping to start a breeding programme with my birds, is Verm-X safe to use at the moment?
Yes, Verm-X would be safe to use at all times and will help get your birds in top condition.
How do you recommend the Verm-X Raptor powder be fed?
We would recommend that you coat a piece of your birds meat in the Verm-X powder. The majority of our customers find this easiest to do by making a ‘Meat Pasty’ enclosing the powder. It is only the small amount of 1g that needs to be fed for 3 days a month so this is easy to include.
I have a range of birds – Kestrels, Peregrine Falcons and Red-Tailed Hawks. Can I use Verm-X on all of them?
Absolutely – Verm-X would be of great benefit to all your birds and is safe to use on all types of Raptors.
